High level knowledge, technical detail and a great atmosphere on the mats tonight as guest instructor Matt Ball, Head Coach of SMAC Gym, took our Muay Thai sessions. 👊🥊

The session explored fundamentals, defensive reactions and counters from kicks, trip and sweep set ups, sparring concepts and more. Beyond the physical side of training, there were also great discussions around fighter psychology, strategy, mindset, and understanding the context of training.

Well done to all the amazing mothers, grandmothers, buddies and guests who joined in with classes tonight! 💐🥋

We had such a great time seeing everyone on the mats together, sharing laughs, learning new skills and making memories as a community. Thank you to all the mums for everything you do — the support, encouragement, time, energy and care you give every single day ❤️

Congratulations to all students who completed their in-class gradings today—from our Peewees (4–6 yrs), Children 7–9 yrs, and Children 10–12 yrs 👏

Amazing effort across the board. We saw strong focus, determination, and the ability to keep going even after small mistakes—exactly what grading is all about. That resilience under pressure is what builds real confidence and progress.

This also marks our final class of Term 1—what a strong way to finish 💪 Our next class returns in Term 2 on Friday 24th April.
