🥋⭐ PAKENHAM IN-CLASS GRADINGS & END OF TERM! ⭐🥋

A fantastic way to finish the term at All Stars Pakenham, with our students completing their in-class gradings tonight!

It was great to see the focus, confidence, respect, discipline and martial arts skills that have developed throughout the term. Congratulations to everyone who progressed to their next grade! 👏

🍀 Good luck to all our Pakenham students grading tomorrow at the Grading Day event — we look forward to seeing you give it your best!

That also brings our regular Term 3 classes to a close. A huge thank you to all our students and families for another fantastic term and for your continued support of All Stars Pakenham.

📅 Classes return Friday 9 October.

Enjoy the school holiday break, keep practising, and we’ll see you back on the mats in Term 4! 🥋⭐

⭐ OUR REFRESHED ALL STARS LOGO!

You may start noticing our refreshed logo appearing across All Stars Martial Arts.

The new design is an updated colour version of our existing black and white circular logo — keeping the familiar All Stars identity while giving it a fresh new look.

We’ll be slowly transitioning to the refreshed design across our uniforms, signage, website and other materials. 🥋⭐

🥋 GRADING WEEK IS HERE! 🥋

Grading preparation has been well underway this week, with students across our VIC locations incl. before school karate getting ready to demonstrate their progress!

📅 In-Class Gradings | Saturday 12th – Friday 18th September

In-class gradings will be held for:
⭐ All 3–6 year olds tips/belts
⭐ 7–12 year olds attempting Yellow Belt/Sash, Orange BeltSash and Karate Tip Grades

🥋 Grading Day Event | Saturday 19th September (Karate / Kickboxing)
Schedule:https://allstarsdefence.com.au/wp-content/uploads/sites/283/2026/08/Grading_Day_Schedule_Term_3_2026_Revised-V4.1.pdf

Our Grading Day Event this term will be for:
⭐ 7–12 year olds attempting Blue Belt/Sash Green Belt/Sash, and Brown Belt/Sash grades
⭐ Teen & Adult students of all eligible grades

This structure allows our younger students completing early-rank and tip gradings to be assessed in the familiar environment of their regular classes, while allowing Grading Day to provide more time and focus for students undertaking the increasingly technical and physically demanding full Blue, Green and Brown Belt gradings.

Good luck to everyone grading — trust your training and give it your best! 💪🥋

🥋 Dads on the Mats! ⭐

Thank you to all the dads who joined their child’s Karate class in Father’s Day classes! It’s been fantastic seeing families training, learning and having fun together.

Keep it going at home — get your child to teach you some of their Karate techniques, combinations or Kata! 👊

😄Enjoyed training? Dads are also invited to join our Adults Karate class every Friday, 6:10–7:10pm, and learn our full adult curriculum.

🎁 Dads who join receive a FREE Karate uniform!

Happy Father’s Day for Sunday to all our All Stars dads! ⭐🥋

High level knowledge, technical detail and a great atmosphere on the mats tonight as guest instructor Matt Ball, Head Coach of SMAC Gym, took our Muay Thai sessions. 👊🥊

The session explored fundamentals, defensive reactions and counters from kicks, trip and sweep set ups, sparring concepts and more. Beyond the physical side of training, there were also great discussions around fighter psychology, strategy, mindset, and understanding the context of training.
