What a weekend 🤍✨

Our hearts are SO full after the most incredible few days!

Friday kicked things off at the Mocha Business Forum with an inspiring day of education, business, connection and conversations about the future of our industry.

Then it was straight into two HUGE days at Beauty Expo Australia 🤍 From the moment the doors opened, our stand was buzzing with incredible beauty professionals, students, educators and industry friends. We loved every conversation, every connection and every person who stopped by to say hello.

And then Sunday night brought such a special way to finish the weekend… the ABIA Awards ✨🥂

We were incredibly honoured to be finalists for both Educator of the Year and Education Organisation of the Year. 🥹🤍 To be recognised alongside so many amazing people and organisations in our industry means more than we can put into words.

A weekend full of education, connection, celebration, exhaustion 😂 and so many moments we’ll remember.

Thank you to everyone who supported us, visited us, celebrated with us and continues to believe in what we’re building at Dermaskin Academy.

We’re feeling very, very grateful. 🫶🏼

ur hearts are SO full after the most incredible weekend. 🤍✨

We kicked things off on Friday with an inspiring and educational day at the Mocha Business Forum, followed by two incredibly busy, full-on and amazing days exhibiting at Beauty Expo Australia.

It was so special to meet so many incredible people, connect with our industry and share our passion for education and the future of our beautiful profession. 🫶🏼

And then, to top it all off… we were absolutely blown away to be named finalists for Beauty Educator of the Year AND Beauty Educational Organisation of the Year. 🥹🏆

Spending the evening surrounded by some of the best and brightest people in our industry was such an honour and a moment we will never forget.

We are incredibly proud of how far Dermaskin Academy has come over the past 12 months. What started as a mission to share our love and passion for beauty and education has grown into something we are incredibly proud of, and we genuinely cannot wait to see where the next chapter takes us. ✨

As many of you know, Dermaskin is a family-run business by the Dermody girls. Kelly and her three daughters are all passionate members of the beauty industry, with a combined 50+ years of clinical beauty experience.

To be able to share that experience, knowledge and genuine love for the industry with our students is truly a dream come true. 🤍

Most of all, we feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by such a beautiful community of kind, caring, supportive and empowering people.

To everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, cheered us on and believed in what we are building… thank you. We couldn’t do this without you. 🤍
