Milton State School

Milton State School Milton State School At Milton State School we are determined as a community to create a 'Tradition of Excellence' in every aspect of school life.

We seek to prepare students for a future characterised by complexity and change. The aim for our students is to be working in the ‘Learning Zone’; constantly challenged and inspired. We focus on precision, personalisation, and professional learning. We strive for the development of the whole person in every child to be a well balanced citizen with an inquiring mind and a healthy body. We have a diverse range of academic, cultural, sporting and social program opportunities for the school community in which to engage. We are constantly striving to embrace new and innovative practices within our curriculum, teaching and learning. Our academic programs are of a very high quality and our enthusiastic and experienced staff are committed to the development of the potential of every child. All, in our school, are justifiably proud of what we have to offer as the hub of our Milton community, in terms of what we truly believe to be our educative purpose: 'Creating a Tradition of Excellence'.

🎉 Last week our Prep students and teachers celebrated 100 Days of Prep! 🎉
They brought in collections of 100 items, grouped and counted them, made special crowns, counted all the way to 100, and enjoyed many more fun activities throughout the day. There were big smiles, happy faces, and so much excitement as the children proudly celebrated their learning. It was a wonderful day of celebrating this exciting milestone in their first year of school! 💯👑🌈
