Come and join us for our Father's Day celebrations.

It was a wonderful Joseph Fatherhood Night, with 72 dads and their children coming together for an evening of fun, faith and connection. Families enjoyed playing handball, soccer and basketball, followed by pizza for dinner. Our guest speaker, Guy Zangari from SCS, shared an inspiring presentation about St Joseph and his role as a father.

A big thank you to all the dads who joined us and made the evening special.

What's happening at St Francis of Assisi, Week 6, Term 3?

Year 3 had a wonderful time at their First Holy Communion Retreat Day as they prepared for the Sacrament of the Eucharist. ✝️

Our Stage Two students travelled to Botany Bay to deepen their understanding of early contact, colonisation and its impact on First Nations People. Through guided activities and source analysis, they explored why Europeans settled in Australia, what motivated the great journeys of exploration, and how these decisions shaped life for Aboriginal communities.

💨 Year 5 had a fantastic time exploring the properties of gas in today’s science experiment. Students observed how gas expands, moves and takes up space, using hands‑on activities to test their ideas and build real scientific understanding.
