We are very excited to have Rosalie and her amazing band playing an ALL AGES show at our in house venue The Garage next Friday May 8th, as part of her tour celebrating her new single Tiny T-shirt!

Rosalie spent many years honing her craft in the halls of Rock Scholars and has been working SO HARD in the local industry ever since.

Seeing past students like Rosalie crush it in the real world warms our hearts! Come see what all the fuss is about next Friday 🫡

Maaaaasive congrats to absolute legend, band mentor, Rock Scholars champion and friend, Sam for hitting number 1 on the Aus ARIA charts with !

Sam is the longest serving mentor at RS, having come through the band program himself as a kid. He’s helped 100’s if not 1000’s of kids get their starts in bands and on the scene, not just through his work at RS but also through a host of other music related projects and all ages events.

I know this whole post will embarrass him, but Sam, we’re sooo damn stoked for you and Sly! There was no way you weren’t getting a congratulations post 🙂

🎸🎤 SOLOPOLOOZA 🎤🎸

This term we decided that it was about time our instrumental tuition students had a chance to show off what they’ve been working on with their tutors. The result was Solopolooza this past Sunday, where any student who wanted to showcase what they’ve been doing in lessons, had a chance to do so in front of family and friends.

It ruled! Huge thanks to our team- Caitlin (organising), Mike (sound tech), and Siobhan & Toby (performing with their students)- and a massive congrats to all the brave performers who got up and gave it a go.

Should we make this a regular thing? We’re thinking yes 🤘
