Do not forget to purchase a gift for Dad at the PCS Father's Day Stall!

Gifts are $12 each and come with a carry bag. To ensure all students have the chance to purchase a gift, we ask that you purchase only one gift per child.

Stalls will take place on the following days:
K–6 and ELC (M–W) students: Wednesday, 2 September 2026
ELC (T–F) students: Friday, 4 September 2026

ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT // Jessica Smith (2023)
We recently welcomed back Jessica Smith, who graduated from PCS in 2023, and she had an incredible story to share. Three years on, Jessica earned a scholarship to study and play softball at college in the United States. Since then, she has studied across two universities, completed her associate degree, and achieved outstanding sporting success — including competing in two Women's College World Series.

Jessica's advice to the current PCS cohort:
"If you do not know what you want to do, that is fine — I am still figuring it out too. Just do what you love, because that is what makes it the best."

BOOK WEEK 2026 // A Symphony of Stories came to life across our school as students and staff embraced the joy of reading through creativity, imagination and a shared love of books.

From the delightful costumes of beloved book characters in our Early Learning and Primary School Book Parade to the colourful and creative costumes worn by our secondary students and staff, the week was filled with fun, enthusiasm and literary wonder. We were also privileged to welcome renowned Christian authors R.A. Spratt and Naomi Reed, whose inspiring visits encouraged our students to explore new stories and discover the power of reading and writing.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Brady and our iCentre Team for their incredible passion for books and the way they lead our community to embrace the joy of reading.

NETBALL SUCCESS // Congratulations Kapri H! 🏐
Huge congratulations to Kapri H in Year 6, who has been selected for the CIS Primary Netball Team!

Kapri was a standout across her team and the entire competition, which is a fantastic reflection of the hard work and dedication she has shown throughout her primary years.

We are so proud of you, Kapri! We cannot wait to see what you achieve in high school next year.

WESTERN SYDNEY WANDERERS CUP // Huge congratulations to our Years 3/4 and Years 5/6 football teams on an outstanding day at the Western Sydney Wanderers Cup!

Both teams finished the day undefeated and top of their respective tables, securing qualification for the State Finals next month.

Our boys played some excellent football throughout the day and represented PCS extremely well. It is a fantastic achievement for both teams. Well done!

We cannot wait to cheer you on at the State Finals!

SCIENCE WEEK 2026 // Science Week at PCS was filled with exciting activities to develop our questioning, reasoning, linking, owning, resourcing and creating dispositions.

Year 12 reptile enthusiast, Paige introduced students to Daisey, her harmless albino snake, and Raki, her lizard. She answered inquisitve questions and provided an interactive opportunity for those brave enough, to gently hold Daisey.

Year 9 and 10 students put their investigative skills to the test during an engaging Forensic Science workshop, where they examined clues to solve a crime. Meanwhile, Year 7 had fun presenting science party tricks of choice to their peers. It was a wonderful week of curiosity, discovery and hands-on science at PCS!

Year One dove into the world of science experiments with Mrs Garratt as part of their unit "Look! Listen!", exploring:
🌈 Food Colouring Rainbows,
🎵 Dancing Sound Waves
💡 Reflection and Refraction
🌈 Splitting Light to Make Rainbows
