Pinnacle Physie offers ladies classes in the unique dance sport of BjP Physical Culture.
Physie builds strength, fitness and flexibility and is a great way to make friends and boost confidence. Ladies Physie is available for women 17 years and older with the following categories: * Beginner Ladies (for 1 year)
* Novice Ladies (for 2 years)
* Intermediate Ladies (for 3 years)
* Open Ladies under 33 years
* Open Ladies over 33 years
* Open Ladies over 40 years
* Open Ladies over 50 year

Our ladies did pinnacle proud today! Kate walked away with 2nd place and Carlie with 5th place. Everyone performed beautifully on the floor.
