When you are considering teaching your child a new language skill, incorporate signing where you can so that they will not only learn a new word, but will be able to sign it aswell. This is so important for Deaf and Hearing impaired people. For more information on signing, please see the very helpful videos on Youtube by Katherine Stirling. I will be incorporating more of this into my Learning programs that I develop for children in the coming months.
