Lead by artist and teacher, Stephen Wright, this interactive course allows students to explore their drawing techniques. Learn in a shared virtual classroom / studio with a range of tools, equipment and materials. Set yourself up for higher level study to pursue an exciting career in the visual arts.

The position is engaged for approximately 15 hours per week during teaching terms. The following is required:

Huge Congratulations to Jason!

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Jason, who has just completed his TAFE NSW Cert II in Career Preparation — the Year 10 equivalent qualification.

For six months, Jason showed up three full days a week, choosing Hospitality as his vocational stream, and he absolutely smashed it.

His hard work, dedication, and determination have been truly inspiring.

A big shout-out to his support crew — Alison, Sunny, Debbie and Warwick
— who have been cheering him on from day one.

Finishing the year strong with Nyngan High smashing out the YES Program - talking about all things hair and beauty!

Big shout out to our travelling teacher Bronwyn, and support from Raylene at the high school.

Teachers always rave about how well-behaved Nyngan High students are, and this group was no exception!

Nyngan High students have completed the “Start Your Future” health program with teacher Louise Posa!

Over 4 days across two weeks, they explored the cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and gastrointestinal systems, learning key medical terms, researching disorders, and how they’re managed.

They also got hands-on practicing clinical skills like taking vital signs, CPR, wound care, sterile techniques, bandaging, sling application, and cognitive assessments plus they even used virtual reality to explore anatomy in 3D!

What an incredible start to their future in health!
