What a fun day of dressing up and celebrating our favourite books! So many creative costumes, happy faces and wonderful stories brought to life.

Staff also enjoyed the opportunity to read to students from a different classroom 📖

🏅 Small Schools Athletics Day 🏅

Such a beautiful day at Small School Athletics! The weather was good, students tried their best at every event and had a great time connecting with mates from the other schools.

Thank you to all NDPS staff for supporting our students as well as doing their roles. Thank you to all families that came to cheer on everyone.

And most importantly, our students, thank you demonstrating the school values and doing your best across the whole day. Well done 🤩

Nyah District PS, Grade P1/2 students had a fabulous afternoon visiting residents at Jacaranda Lodge. We read them a book and completed a craft activity together. It was terrific to hear lots of chatting between everyone.

🖼️👩🏼‍🎨Art Sculptures visit NDPS 🖌️🎨

Last Wednesday Ash from the Swan Hill Regional Library brought art sculptures from the Art Gallery of Swan Hill for students to interact with.
Lots of interesting ways to use everyday items for art!

Looking forward to having the National Gallery sculptures visit our school this week 🎨🖌️

Ash from Swan Hill Regional Library picked up the National Gallery of Australia Red and Orange Art Cases in the Mobile Library to visit Nyah-Nyah West Primary School and Manangatang P-12 College this week. 💚Student voice at NDPS💙

Patrick recently spoke to his teachers about purchasing some more books for the library, specifically Manga books 📕

So, Patrick ordered online, collected from the Post Office and finally unboxed his selection of books.

As you can see, he was very pleased with the process ☺️
