A great afternoon celebrating the women who help our industry thrive. 🌸

Members of the CTA Training Specialists team were delighted to attend

Clubs Queensland’s 2026 Women in Clubs Luncheon—an inspiring event recognising the leadership, achievements and contributions of women across Queensland’s community club industry.

The team enjoyed connecting with industry colleagues and hearing from keynote speaker Penelope Twemlow, whose insights into leadership, equality and empowering women left a lasting impression.

Thank you to Clubs Queensland and everyone involved in bringing such a meaningful event together.

Last week, we officially kicked off the fourth cohort of the ECLIPS Emerging Club Leaders Program.
Designed to support and develop the next generation of leaders across Queensland’s club industry, ECLIPS continues to deliver strong outcomes for both participants and their venues.
Our first cohort recently graduated with a 96% completion rate and a 100% venue retention rate, with every participating manager remaining at their club throughout the 13-month program.
These are significant results and a strong reflection of the commitment shown by the participants, their clubs and everyone involved in delivering the program.
A sincere thank you to our program partners and sponsors Clubs Queensland, Keno, and Samuel Smith & Son for their ongoing support and investment in the future of Queensland’s club industry.
We look forward to seeing what our fourth cohort achieves over the coming months.

At this month’s Company Connect meeting, we celebrated our only June birthday alongside International Donut Day. 🎉 Many of you will know Erin, who has now been part of the CTA Training Specialists team for thirteen years. Thank you, Erin, for your dedication and the positive impact you’ve made over the years.

We also put the spotlight on our trainer Pandora in our ‘Hello, my name is …’ segment, where she shared her interests, passions, and life outside of work. It’s been wonderful learning more about our team members through these presentations.

We’re also pleased to welcome further growth within our TRA Administration team. As an approved TRA Skills Assessment provider, we’re delighted to have Bruna, Monicca and Matt as part of the team.

Moments like these remind us that it’s our people and the connections we build that make CTA such a great place to be.
