There is a different atmosphere in the dojo when a challenge is approaching.
The conversations are quieter. The focus is sharper. The effort is greater.
With Senjō only days away, our Martial Arts and Muay Thai students are putting the final pieces together. Skill, fitness, mindset, and spirit—all being tested and refined.
This is where confidence is built. This is Sansára Dojos.

Great overall performance from Dai Sempai Zac Alfred today. While the results don’t always go the way we hope, I personally felt Zac delivered the standout Kata performance of the day and was the best competitor on the floor.
Zac went on to win the Weapons Kata Division and also secured 3rd place in the Continuous Sparring Competition, demonstrating both skill and versatility across multiple events.
A fantastic effort and a result to be proud of. Well done, Zac.

Final fine-tuning the little details.

The power is in repetition, refinement, and attention to detail.

A solid evening of training tonight, with all students putting in an outstanding effort as they worked through demanding drills and combinations across both our Martial Arts and Muay Thai sessions.
The intensity is building and the commitment is showing, as everyone shifts into overdrive with Senjo fast approaching.

Success is not built on motivation alone. It is built on discipline, consistency, and the willingness to keep showing up when others stay home. The belt around your waist is simply a reflection of the work you have already done.
Keep training. Keep learning. Keep growing. The journey continues.
