Connecting with Our Community:

Recently, we welcomed RDI Nutrition to Numurkah Pre-School for their Eat the Rainbow incursion. The children had lots of fun exploring a colourful variety of fruits and vegetables while learning about healthy eating and how nutritious foods help our bodies grow and thrive.

Experiences like this support multiple VEYLDF Learning and Development Outcomes, helping children connect with their community, develop an understanding of health and wellbeing, and build curiosity through hands-on learning.

It helps educators plan meaningful, play-based programs that support each child's learning, development and wellbeing, while recognising their individual strengths, interests and abilities.

We have had C & C Wilson Builders install a new sliding doors in our kindergarten room and the results are outstanding. From the start they have listened to our needs ensuring the design was safe, child friendly and easy to use.
And a huge thanks to Brad’s Painting for painting the new doors and interior on short notice, using the term break to come in and make the space feel fresh, vibrant and welcoming.
Thanks Chris and Clare from C &C Wilson Builders and Brad and his painting team we are looking forward to the children and families coming into the space and enjoy the new environment.
