We’re excited to announce that Chill Skills is returning to Numurkah, helping children build confidence, resilience and practical skills to manage life’s ups and downs in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

✅ FREE for children aged 5 to 13 years
📍 Numurkah Community Learning Centre
📅 First class: Friday, 31 July 2026

Throughout the program, children will learn practical strategies to

✨ Manage stress and big feelings
✨ Build resilience and confidence
✨ Strengthen social and emotional skills
✨ Develop healthy coping strategies they can use every day

Places are limited, so we encourage families to register early to avoid missing out.
