Hello Friday Class.

Most of our class have learnt "fly like a bird", outside of class.

Attempts to teach those who dont know it, have been on the fly and not up to the standard I hold myself to. So I have broken this dance down for a detailed teach. Not much housework done this morning🤩

I'd like those who would like to learn this dance to come half an hour earlier at 1pm for the next two Friday classes. I will ask for a couple of volunteers for back row, but not all class, as it will be a very slow teach.

Please let me know if you're interested.
