Need a little (but super impactful) reset in your life?

A series of three FREE wellbeing workshops is heading to Nowra Library, each one designed to help you feel a little better in your day to day life. No fluff, no gimmicks, just practical, playful and genuinely useful sessions for real people.

Here's what's coming:
1️⃣ The Science of Stress with Barron Hanson
Thursday 17 September, 4pm
Ever wondered why you can handle pressure brilliantly one day and feel completely overwhelmed by the same thing the next? This hands-on workshop will help you understand why, and what to do about it.

2️⃣ What Actually Makes Us Happy with Rachel Hansen
Thursday 22 October, 4pm
A 90-minute workshop exploring where happiness really comes from, and how to find a steadier foundation within yourself rather than depending on everything going your way.

3️⃣ Creative Vision with Lauren Hart
Thursday 12 November, 4pm
A transformative 90-minute session combining stress release and hands-on art exercises. No artistic experience necessary. Just come ready to play.

Looking for a way to connect with community this NAIDOC Week?

Join the ngulla NAIDOC Festival at the Ulladulla Civic Centre on Friday 10 July from 10am–2pm. With cultural performances, community stalls, markets, activities and free food, it's a wonderful opportunity to come together, celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and connect with community on Yuin Country.

The Community Connect South Shoalhaven team will be there too, so come and say hello. We'd love to see you there and celebrate alongside our community.
