Year 8 Luna Park Excursion - Reminder

A friendly reminder that the Year 8 Energy! Fun & Learning @ Luna Park excursion is happening this Thursday 27 August.

Students need to be at Shoalhaven High School by 7:00 am, with the bus returning to school at approximately 5:30 pm. Parents/carers will need to collect students from the school on our return.

A few important reminders for the day:
- Students must wear full school uniform with comfortable, enclosed shoes.
- Please keep bags to A4 size or smaller. Larger bags may need to be left on the bus.
- Luna Park is cashless, so students should not bring cash. If they would like to purchase food or drinks, they will need an appropriate cashless payment method.
- Students are encouraged to bring their own lunch, snacks and water.
- Please also bring sunscreen and warm clothing as needed.

We're looking forward to a fantastic day of science, energy and fun at Luna Park!

Attention Year 10 Parents & Carers!
A quick reminder that Year 10 Work Experience is fast approaching in Week 8 of this term (7th-11th Spetember)!
Your students have now received all their necessary Work Experience paperwork. To ensure everything is ready to go, they need to have these documents completed by their prospective employer and returned to the school ASAP.
We expect all of our Year 10 students to engage in this program. It is a fantastic, hands-on opportunity for them to build real-world skills and explore future career pathways.
How you can help:
Please check in with your child and assist them in finalizing their placement and completing the required forms.
If your child is having any difficulties securing a placement, or if you have any questions about the process, please don't hesitate to contact the school. We are here to help!
