Finding your guide doesn't need to be complicated.
In this video, I'm showing you the simplest way to identify whether you've reached your guide line.
Look closely at the guide. If it's blunt, you've reached it. If it starts to look wispy, there's a good chance you've either over-directed the section too far past the guide or haven't reached the guide at all.
It's a simple visual check that can instantly tell you whether your section is positioned correctly before you make the cut.
This principle doesn't just apply to line. The same approach can be used when working with graduation and layers, helping you maintain consistency and accuracy throughout the haircut.
The more accurately you identify your guide, the more control you'll have over the final shape.
