So much is changing in our world. As a collective we are shifting into new consciousness, but that can look like alot is falling away or dissolving or breaking up, never to return. Relax into the dissolution. The momentum of change is intense, and grounding, centering and reflecting on your values and inner ground is even more vital than ever. I like to play dance and enquire with client what "control" means.
Life brings us so much challenge to learn more deeply about ourselves. So you could say the whole planet is collectively in a huge learning time. What is near you, who is near you, what matters most to you - these will all be becoming more clear when these days feel like big challenge.
We have an Aikido saying -
" The tree with deep roots can surrender to the wind".
So while the winds and gales of change and the unknown blow over us, I do feel to go in and towards all that we love in life is important, affirming, meaningful and healthy.
