I will be sharing the artistry of Japanese fan techniques in this workshop, organised by Komono Grand Master Kyoko-sensei!

Whether you come in a Kimono or not, you will immerse yourself in the beauty of Japanese fans.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a fan - I have plenty of spares.
Plus, you will have a chance to explore a stunning array of Kimonos.

日本の和扇子に、西洋のダンスのエッセンスを加えた、モダンジャパニーズダンスクラスです。
クラスでは現代日本舞の「ばさら舞®」和扇子マスターより、和扇子を使ったレッスンを受講いただけます。
日本舞踊の知識、ダンス経験不要で、どなたでも受講いただけます。 
 
日本の美をモダンに自由に、表現することを目指しています。

◆モダンジャパニーズダンス・レベル１
 和扇子（舞扇子）のテクニックを丁寧に習得していきます。

ダンス経験、年齢、体型に関係なく、すべての女性に楽しんでいただけるベリーダンス。
ベリーダンスにはインナーマッスルが鍛えられる・姿勢が良くなる・女性らしいボディラインに近づくなどの美容効果だけでなく、腰痛や肩こり、生理不順や生理痛、更年期障害など、健康への効果もあると言われています（個人差あり）。

非日常を味わいながら一緒に楽しく踊りませんか？

◆基礎・入門クラス（未経験〜ベリーダンス歴2年程）

火曜日: 08:05 pm (55分間)

◆初級クラス（ベリーダンス歴2年以上〜）
