Free Money Tracker Resource for you!
You might remember I created a money tracker back in January, and now I have taken it to another level by creating prompts you can copy into Claude to automate every single transaction for you!
If I can do this, you can too! I am not exaggerating when I say I have 20+ bank accounts, so doing this manually was never realistic. No matter how many bank accounts you have, track every single dollar so that you can see where to save, grow and invest!
A complete method for handing your budget to Claude: learn how to save transactions from bank statements, say "update my budget," and it reads, categorises and files every transaction into Notion for you. Easily know what you have spent in the last 6 months or more - it's totally up to you!

Many years ago, my business was called Results with Lauren.
It sounded professional. Strategic. Successful. It ticked all the boxes my HEAD told me a business name should tick.
One day, I was doing a babysitting job (because my business was not in flow at all, was it?!), and one of the mums looked at me and asked, completely sincerely:
"Oh, are you a maths tutor?"
A maths tutor. 😂
I remember laughing, but underneath the laugh was something that stung a little. Because she wasn't wrong to guess that. Results with Lauren could have been anything. Tutoring, personal training, business consulting. It said nothing about who I actually was, or the heart of what I was here to do.
And here's the truth I didn't want to admit at the time: my branding was wrong because I didn't yet know who I was.
I'd built my business from my head. From what I thought I SHOULD be. Not from my soul.
Then I discovered my Archetypes.
And everything clarified. I understood, for the first time, that I'm here for love. For guiding women home to themselves. For self-love. For living a life that actually feels like YOURS. Within a short time, Results with Lauren became Love Life with Lauren. (And yes now my company name is Intuitive Heart Training Academy as I evolved even further).
Same person. Completely different truth. And suddenly, people understood exactly who I was, because I finally did.
This is what knowing your archetypes does. It doesn't add anything to you. It reveals what was always there, underneath the names and roles and "shoulds" you picked up along the way.
