COMMUNITY || This term, students Tim and Terrance turned six months of planning into a remarkable concert at Pitt Street Uniting Church Sydney.
They organised and led an ensemble of 50 musicians from secondary and tertiary education, creating a wonderful evening of musical excellence, and raising an incredible $2,500 for the Australian Children's Music Foundation - ACMF .
Tim’s role as conductor and Leon's outstanding piano performance were particular highlights, alongside the contributions of NSB students Jake, Daniel S., Adrian, Daniel L. and Francis.
This was a huge achievement and a wonderful demonstration of student leadership, initiative, talent and community spirit. We are incredibly proud of Tim and Terrance for the vision, dedication and hard work that made this concert possible, and of all our students who represented our school so brilliantly.
