🌸 Two spots left for next week’s Spring Circle

Three lovely women are already joining me next Tuesday and I’d love to welcome two more into the space.

We’ll share cacao, gentle movement, intuitive guidance, journalling, conversation and sound as we mark the first day of spring and explore what we’re ready to make space for in this next season.

Tuesday 1 September | 7.30–9pm | $50

Yesterday I did something I’ve been thinking about doing for a while.

I taught a yoga class at work.

Nothing huge. Just 30 minutes, a few colleagues, some yoga mats pushed together in a room and a little pocket of space in the middle of the workday.

But for me, it felt bigger than that.

I’ve wanted to bring yoga into my workplace for a while. It helps me stay in practice as a teacher, but more than that, I genuinely love creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe and come back to themselves.

And workplaces probably need those spaces as much as anywhere.

But I’d been resisting it.

I think because teaching yoga meant showing a part of myself that I’ve perhaps kept a little separate from my professional world. And there was something vulnerable about bringing those worlds together.

Which, as I’ve learnt about myself, is usually a pretty good clue that there’s something there worth leaning into! So I stopped overthinking it and just did it.

Nine people came. Everyone walked away looking very zen. Since then, other people have stopped me after seeing the mats or hearing about it and asked if they can come next time.

So my new commitment is to teach a weekly workplace yoga class. And whilst that might seem like a commitment I’ve made to other people, it also feels like one I’ve made to myself.

To stop keeping parts of myself in separate boxes.

To share the things I love.

To trust the nudge without needing to know where it’s leading.

Because sometimes you don’t need to see five steps ahead. You just need to be willing to take the next one.

So maybe this is your little nudge too.

Where are you holding back a part of yourself because it feels uncomfortable to let people see it?

And what might happen if you let them?

After a week of sick kids, getting to boot camp this morning felt important.

It wasn’t about smashing out a workout, for me, it’s a little pocket of time to move my body and time that was just mine.

Self-care doesn’t always need to be an hour at the gym. (although I do recommend movement as a great way of flushing the body and increasing our happy hormones)… Sometimes it’s five minutes with a cuppa. A walk around the block. Sitting in the car in silence before you go inside 😂

Just something small that reminds you that you’re in there too, amongst everyone and everything you’re caring for.

If you need a little more space than five minutes with a cuppa, I have just two women’s circles left for 2026. A couple of hours to slow down and come back to yourself.

Details via the link in my bio.

Take care all. Tash x

Just two circles left for 2026.

If you’ve been meaning to come along, this is your gentle nudge.

🌸 Spring Awakening | 1 September - https://stan.store/tashdiaries/p/womens-circle-1-september

🌑 New Moon Circle | 12 November - https://stan.store/tashdiaries/p/womens-circle--thursday-12-november--new-moon

My circles are intentionally small, so once they’re full, they’re full.

A few hours to step away, feel nourished and safe and come home to yourself. Cacao, gentle movement, journaling, sound and relaxation are key elements of my circles. I want you to walk away feeling lighter but at the same time deeply grounded, refreshed and like you’ve finally had a chance to exhale.

If you’re feeling the call, I’d love to welcome you.

Just landing from tonight’s Full Moon Circle, I’m always fascinated by the common threads that emerge.

Tonight’s theme was about seeing the bigger picture, but we also explored about self-love, compassion, using our voice, sharing our gifts and allowing ourselves to be truly seen.

We opened the circle with one minute of complete silence just to arrive, then shared ceremonial cacao, yoga inspired movement, an astrology update, intuitive card pulls, journalling and finished with a beautiful sound journey.

If you’d like to reflect at home tonight, here are the three prompts we used:

🌕 What am I ready to acknowledge or release?
🌕 Where am I being invited to shine more fully?
🌕 What is the bigger picture I am ready to see?

I’ll only be holding another 2–3 circles before the end of the year, so keep an eye out for the upcoming dates if you’d like to join. I’d love to have you there.

Fourteen and a half years ago, I became a mum..and tomorrow, my baby turns seven. I can’t quite believe it.

Motherhood has shaped me more than any other experience in my life. It has softened me, stretched me, humbled me and almost broken me more times than I can count.

My children are my greatest mirrors.

Every day they invite me to look a little closer at myself. They call me to be more patient, more present, more compassionate, more accountable. They challenge me in ways no one else ever could.

And somehow at the same time, they’ve shown me that love doesn’t have a limit. It just keeps expanding, making room for another hand to hold, another personality to nurture, another little human to love.

There are still days I end up in tears, wondering if I have any idea what I’m doing. Three children in, I certainly don’t feel like I’ve got it all figured out.

But then there are the ordinary moments. I watch them laughing together, showing kindness, growing into themselves and I think to myself…maybe I’m doing something right after all.

Motherhood is without question, the hardest thing I’ve ever done. It’s also been the greatest privilege of my life…despite all the messy, less than perfect moments, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

So tomorrow my baby turns seven… and I’m still learning. Still getting it wrong.

Still trying to be a little better than I was yesterday.

I think that might be the whole game … and certainly for me that’s what motherhood and life is all about - being a little better than I was yesterday.

I just realised I forgot to pack my kids’ recess today.

They’ve got lunch orders, but I completely forgot the usual fruit and popcorn that I’d normally throw in their bags.

The old me would’ve spent the rest of the day beating myself up about it. I must admit I did start to spiral. Who could I call to drop something to them, will they be sad, does this make me a bad mum?

But here’s the reality: My kids will be hungry a little today. But they’ll survive.

And next week, I’ll pack the fruit again.

Sometimes we’re juggling work, school lunches, permission slips, appointments, dinner, remembering whose turn it is for what… and occasionally, something slips through the cracks.

It doesn’t I’m failing. It means we’re human. I’m not perfect and there’s no such thing. It’s a lesson I’m constantly trying to teach my kids and I know it starts with me.

So if you’ve forgotten something today too, this is your reminder that perfection was never the goal.

Tomorrow is another day.
