Our students stamped their fingerprints as a symbol of their commitment to reconciliation.
❤️ Throughout the week, students engaged in meaningful lessons about respect, culture, and the importance of listening and learning from each other.
❤️ We are all in because we believe every voice and story matters, and together, we can make a difference.

🚌🔬🧑🏾‍🔬🦈🐸🦘The young scientific minds of Stage One connected classroom learning to real-world experiences as they embarked on an adventure of discovery, having learned about life cycles and Great White sharks this semester.

🔎Students explored the wild worlds of SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo at Darling Harbour.

❤️As Sir David Attenborough inspires and reminds us, “Nature never ceases to amaze, and those who explore its cycles discover not just how life survives, but how it thrives.”

Today we proudly participated in National Walk Safely to School Day 👣🦺
Students added some fun to the day by wearing their colourful crazy socks to school while learning important pedestrian safety messages! Students who walked safely to school also received a buzz 🐝

It was fantastic to see our young students holding hands with an adult when using the zebra crossing and remembering to stop, look left and right, and stay aware of their surroundings near roads.

A key safety reminder: children under 10 should always hold an adult’s hand when crossing the road.

By working together as a community, we can all help keep our children safe around roads and crossings. 🚸🧦

📚✨ Students from Years 4–6 had an amazing time attending the Sydney Writers’ Festival at Sydney Town Hall!

Students were inspired by talks from talented authors including Dav Pilkey, R.A. Spratt, Yxavel Magno Diño and Mick Elliott. They enjoyed hearing about the authors’ writing journeys, creative ideas and the power of storytelling.🌟

It was a wonderful opportunity to foster a love of reading and writing in our students!

❤️ We are proud to share that our School Captains represented PNPS with distinction at the 2026 School Operational Conference. They opened the event with a superbly delivered Acknowledgement of Country, setting a respectful and inspiring tone for the day.

⚽️🏈🏐The PSSA season is now in full swing with our netball, soccer and league teams having played 3 matches each.

It has been great to see some students experiencing a form of competitive sport for the first time and others continuing to build on their experience.

All our teams have played with enthusiasm, determination and teamwork and we are looking forward to the sun continuing to shine on a Friday with many more enjoyable games to come throughout this term and next.

🤸🏽‍♀️Our Term 2 gymnastics program has leapt into action for our K-6 students. Throughout the term, students will be safely learning how to leap, roll, balance, cartwheel, and stretch, all while building flexibility, strength, and confidence.

💭Remember, students are to wear sports uniform on their allocated gymnastics day to be ready for every jump, twist, and handstand!

In celebration of Mother’s Day, PNPS welcomed our wonderful mums for a special morning of appreciation and thanks.
We celebrate the love, care, and support our incredible mothers give each day, helping our students grow, learn, and thrive. 💖💐

This term, all students will be taking part in Peer Support sessions led by our fantastic Year 6 students! 🌟
Our first session was all about meeting new leaders and group members, and enjoying fun teamwork activities while building a strong sense of belonging across our school. 💛
We can’t wait to see the exciting activities and games our Year 6 leaders have in store each Tuesday!
