What a wonderful opportunity to have your family photo taken for a very affordable price. This offer is open to all Sesame Lane families (you don't need to attend our North Lakes McLennan Court Service.)
📸 COMPETITION TIME – WIN YOUR FAMILY PHOTO SESSION! 📸
We have something incredibly special to share! One of our beautiful families had already booked and paid for their session but can no longer attend. Rather than letting it go to waste, they have very generously chosen to gift the session to another Sesame Lane family!🧡
To enter, simply book your $20 family photography session with our wonderful photographer, Bede on Saturday, 8 August. Every family who books will automatically go into the draw to have their session completely paid for!
Bede is an incredibly talented professional photographer who captures the most beautiful, natural family portraits. For only $20, you’ll receive a professional colour 8x12” portrait and keyring—while also supporting team development at Sesame Lane. It truly is such a wonderful opportunity to update your family photos without the usual photography price tag!
Sessions are limited and bookings are essential, so scan the QR code on the flyer or visit:

Don’t miss out...book your spot and you could have your entire session gifted by one of our very generous families! ✨
***Families who have already booked will automatically be included in the competition.***
***Please note: payment will be taken at the time of booking and a refund will be organised for the winning family***

Reflecting on our beautiful NAIDOC week celebrations across our Junior Kindy and Senior Kindy rooms, where children explored Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures through meaningful play, storytelling and creative experiences. ❤️💛🖤

❤️💛🖤 Celebrating NAIDOC week in our Kindergarten space through meaningful play, storytelling and connection. Our learning spaces were enriched with bush Tucker exploration, a yarning circle, Dreaming stories, Ochre artwork, sensory sand and First Nations symbols in sand and play dough. Together we’re nurturing an appreciation for the rich cultures, histories and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Our commitment to learning, respect and connection continues everyday. 💙🤍💚

Spider monkey at heart ❤️
Monkey bars are a great way for children to build strength, coordination and confidence 💪
At Astley, we support this play by creating safe environment with soft fall surfacing, close supervision and teaching children how to use equipment safely and responsibly.
Under the National Quality Standard (Quality 2- Children’s Health and Wellbeing)- we balance safety with opportunities for active, challenging play that supports growth and development.

Flu season is here, and in childcare, protecting little ones comes first 💛
The flu (influenza) spreads quickly in group settings, which is why educators support flu vaccinations each year. It helps reduce the risk of illness, keeps children save and protects families and the wider community.
Under the National Quality Standard (NQS), services are guided by Quality Area 2 where we support practices that minimise the spread of illness and promote wellbeing for the Children’s Health and Safety.
It’s all part of creating a healthy, caring environment where children can learn, play and grow 🌱
