I talk with a lot of local businesses and the vast majority are not getting the most out of their business - which is why they want to talk in the first place!

All too often, what the business owner believes their issues are, are not causes but symptoms of underlying issues. Which is why the solutions they come up with don't work.

This is largely because any business is made up of many moving parts, with not all of them being clearly visible.

This is why you need a process map of your business operations, otherwise you end up going around in circles impleting solutions to problems that are actually being caused by other problems you are not seeing!
