🔎Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team for 2026. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to their learning and development. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of educational programs and working closely with the team to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
🌟Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support children’s learning.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and wellbeing.
- Uphold the kindergarten’s policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
✅ Requirements:
- Blue Card: Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
