✨ Connection.

That was the word that stayed with me after today’s REACH Biz Community gathering Felons Brewing Co. Manly . 🧡

We live in a world where there’s more information than ever before.

But what I believe conscious entrepreneurs are really craving is human connection.

Today we had honest conversations about the moves we know we need to make in our businesses and, more importantly, what has been holding us back from making them.

It was powerful watching complete strangers open up, share their stories and realise they weren’t alone. Through those conversations came clarity, fresh perspectives and the confidence to move forward.

We shared stories which are so important for authentic brand building. And explored how to become clearer in our messaging and positioning, so the people we’re here to help can find us.

By the end of the morning, there were new collaborations forming, friendships beginning and partnerships already taking shape. That’s the magic of bringing the right people together.

I had a suprise gift for a special member Jess Middleton founder of Sunstone who has been with REACH for a year. She signed up instantly with me in our launch in Manly. Grateful for our connection.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up today, shared openly, encouraged one another and brought your wisdom, honesty and heart into the room. It’s an absolute privilege to hold this space.

What a way to start the morning at Felons Brewing Co. Manly 🤍

Today I'm getting ready for another REACH Biz Community gathering, and I already know it's going to be filled with incredible conversations, genuine connection and plenty of moments that remind us why community matters.

Every event is different because every person brings their own experiences, challenges and wisdom into the room. When we create a space where people feel safe to share openly, something shifts. ✨

Ideas become clearer. Confidence grows. New friendships, collaborations and opportunities naturally begin to unfold.

That's what I love most about Reach.

It's not about traditional networking. It's about bringing together conscious entrepreneurs who are willing to support each other, celebrate each other's wins and have the conversations that help us move forward in business and in life. 💛

My heart is so full after today’s REACH Business Community gathering Margarita Daze in Umina 🧡

Today’s conversation was all about leaning into our creativity and true expression. Not hiding who we are, but having the courage to show up authentically so the people who need us can actually find us. ✨

As we shared what was holding us back, something beautiful happened.

People began recognising that the biggest obstacle wasn’t a lack of knowledge or opportunity. It was the stories they’d been telling themselves. The fear. The self-doubt. The hesitation. The perfectionism. The busyness they are hiding behind. And the moment those blocks were spoken out loud, you could almost feel them begin to dissolve.

There were tears from strangers. There was a lot of laughter. There were so many “aha” moments as everyone encouraged one another and reflected back strengths & ideas that people couldn’t yet see in themselves.

One beautiful attendee said to me, “I thought I was just coming to a networking event...” before becoming emotional & sharing how she was leaving with clarity, confidence, connection and ideas she finally felt ready to bring to life. Moments like that never leave me!

We also celebrated members of our community who I’ve been supporting that have stepped away from their jobs and stepped into their biz fully. Watching people back themselves and create a life that’s aligned with who they really are is one of the greatest privileges of my work. 💫

What also blew me away today was that people travelled 2 - 3 hours to be there. That level of trust in this community means more than I can put into words.

This is so much more than networking. That name needs to go. It’s a community where people feel seen, supported and inspired to take their ai next aligned step in life & business.

Now I’m so excited for Manly this Thursday, where we’ll be welcoming 30 conscious entrepreneurs for another incredible gathering.

There's something special about a Reach morning at Umina Beach. 🤍

Today I'm getting ready to spend time with another beautiful group of conscious entrepreneurs, and I already know the conversations are going to leave people feeling lighter, clearer and ready to take action.

One thing I've been noticing in my mentoring lately is that so many people are craving a deeper connection to their creativity. They have incredible ideas, meaningful gifts and a genuine desire to help others, but something keeps holding them back.💫

That's where these conversations become so powerful.

When we create space to reflect, share openly and hear different perspectives, people start to recognise what's been blocking them. They reconnect with what they stand for, trust themselves a little more and leave with the confidence to take their next aligned step. ✨

That's why I love the Reach Business Community. It's never just about growing a business. It's about helping people reconnect with themselves so they can create, lead and serve from a place that feels authentic.

I was speaking with one of my new private mentees recently, and she’d reached a point that so many entrepreneurs know well. She’d built an incredible business over many years, but she was ready for her next level and knew she couldn’t keep second guessing herself.

She told me people had suggested she use AI to find the answers. While she loves technology, she knew what she was really craving wasn’t another blueprint or framework. She wanted a conversation with someone who had walked the path before and could help her uncover the answers that were already within her. ✨

I completely understood because that’s how I operate too.

I have mentors in my own world, not because I want someone to tell me what to do, but because the right conversation creates clarity. It helps you see your blind spots, trust your intuition and make decisions that actually feel aligned.

AI is an incredible tool and I use it every day. But it will never replace the wisdom, perspective and energy that comes from two human beings sitting together and exploring what’s truly possible. 💫

If you’ve been craving clarity instead of more information, perhaps what you need isn’t another strategy. Perhaps you just need the right conversation.

Can I lovingly call you out on something? 🤍

Your fear of failure might be the very thing stopping you from creating the life and business you’ve been dreaming about.

I’ve seen this pattern with hundreds of entrepreneurs over the years. They’re waiting to feel certain before they take the next step, but certainty rarely comes first. It comes after you’ve taken action, learnt the lessons and kept moving forward. ✨

When I built my wellbeing businesses, there were plenty of setbacks, pivots and moments where I questioned everything. Looking back now, I can honestly say those challenges weren’t detours. They were preparing me for what came next.

The journey isn’t meant to be perfect. It’s meant to stretch you, grow you and show you what you’re capable of becoming.

And if there are people around you who don’t understand your vision or make you question yourself, don’t let their opinions become your reality. Keep your focus on where you’re going and surround yourself with people who remind you of what’s possible. 💫

One courageous step today is worth far more than waiting for the perfect moment that may never come.
