Our school simply would not run without our amazing School Administrative and Support Staff (SASS)!

☕️ Coffee for a Cause! 💛
This morning, we were delighted to welcome Monique from Country Hope to Kandeer School.
Each day, our students have the wonderful opportunity to develop their barista skills by making coffee for our teachers and staff. Our staff happily purchase their coffees, knowing that their morning coffee is also helping to support a great cause! ☕️
During Term 2, our students raised an amazing $280, which we were very proud to donate to Country Hope.
This morning, Kleighton and Jake had the special job of making the coffees and presenting the $280 donation to Monique on behalf of Kandeer School. 💛
Kleighton also delivered a wonderful speech on behalf of our school, sharing how proud our students are to be able to use their skills to give back to the community.
We are incredibly proud of our students for the enthusiasm, kindness and responsibility they show through our student-run coffee program. A big thank you to our staff for supporting the students and helping make this initiative possible.
It was lovely to welcome Monique to our school and to learn more about the wonderful work Country Hope does to support children and families in our community. 🌟
Well done, Kleighton and Jake, and congratulations to all our students on raising $280 for such a wonderful cause! 👏💛☕️

A number of our Aboriginal students spent time with staff today walking the Yindyamarra Sculpture Walk. As part of the walk, students were given an opportunity to have their say on the implementation of Aboriginal Education programs at Kandeer School.

🚗✨ Lilly’s R34 Skyline Project! ✨🚗

Lilly has been working hard every Wednesday in the workshop with Teacher Tim, creating her very own toy R34 Nissan Skyline!

Inspired by YouTube videos, Lilly has taken the initiative to do her own research, finding measurements and working out exactly what tools and materials she needs to bring her car to life. 🔧📏

We love seeing her creativity, determination and problem-solving skills in action!

We can’t wait to see the finished product, Lilly! 👏🏼🚘✨

Today we were delighted to welcome Mr Justin Clancy MP, Member for Albury, to Kandeer School.

Justin visited our school to congratulate our Assistant Principal, Curriculum and Instruction (APCI), Daniel Sharp, on receiving the prestigious NSW Minister’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. 👏🏆

During his visit, Justin also took the time to walk around our school, see the amazing things happening across Kandeer, and meet some of our wonderful students.

We are incredibly proud to showcase the fantastic learning, creativity and opportunities happening every day at Kandeer School.

A huge congratulations once again to Daniel on this well-deserved recognition! 🌟

🌟 Class 2 Celebration! 🌟

Class 2 were treated to a delicious lunch at McDonald’s today to celebrate their consistent hard work and fantastic effort in class! 🍔🍟🥤

We are so proud of the commitment and positive attitude you have shown.
