Here at preschool we are sad to say goodbye to Paula Honeyman who is retiring. Paula has worked at St Stephen's for 29 years, her connection with the preschool began over 35 years ago when her children attended St Stephen's Preschool. Paula will be dearly missed by both the staff and families. She has been an integral part of the preschool for so long.
Paula is a passionate, reflective educator who has through her career continued to embrace learning as well as change. Paula has shared her learning with the staff and the children, inspiring others as well. Paula's deep love for learning has led her to teach the children what she has learnt about indigenous culture and reconciliation. Paula's love for art and creativity has been shared with many children across the years at preschool. From a staff perspective Paula has always been the person who knew where everything was kept and what resources we have tucked away!
We are so thankful for all the knowledge, care and love Paula has shared with us and so many families over the last three decades and we are deeply sad to say goodbye.
