This is week 3 for my 12 week transformation client and things are progressing well. I'm now looking for another 12 week transformation client to start in 3 weeks time. If you want to get your ass into to shape for summer, now is the time to do something about it!

Hello ladies and gents! After another really long hiatus, this time due to a non related injury, I am back up and running to help you with your health and fitness needs! Even though I'm here to help each and every one of you, I'm currently looking for one client to participate in a 12 week transformation - you will be required to train with me 2 or 3 times a week - 3 times is preferred (most sessions would be in the evening).
