Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) starts with a practical question: what skills and knowledge can you already demonstrate?

RPL is a formal assessment process. An assessor considers your existing capability and appropriate evidence against the relevant requirements. It is not an automatic qualification, and making an enquiry does not confirm eligibility or an assessment outcome.

You also do not need to gather every workplace document before understanding the process. Evidence varies, and confidential information should be handled appropriately.
