Always learning. Aunty Terri will have a Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery and enable Deadly Espresso to bring on apprentices who will get a Native Forest to Deadly Fork learning environment. If you are or know anyone who is interested drop in and express your interest in this pathway. School based apprenticeships welcome.

🌿 We’ve been a little quiet on socials… but not in real life.

Behind the scenes we’ve been doing what SevGen has always done — developing people, strengthening community, growing partnerships, mentoring, creating opportunities, running social enterprises and quietly getting on with the work.

D-Time Enterprises has become the holding group for a number of social enterprise ventures, all of which dovetail into each other to form the SevGen landscape and showcase a community development model that has been described as a model for the world.

At Galeru: Forever Fruits and Flowers, rain and sun is perfect for more growing of nutrient-dense berries and fruits, while today's gentle breeze carries lessons from the land.

Our involvement with Farmers for Climate Action’s Frontline Voices, brings learning together — connecting Indigenous ways of being with modern nature friendly land care.

Learning, mentoring, and youth development. Luke is sharpening his kitchen skills, Jahnoi is mastering milk frothing, Bethany is stepping out into representing, Troy's roots are finding stability and sucking in as much knowledge and growth as possible, Tia is expanding her worldview and Lisa is keeping the cafe rhythm flowing.

Forest to fork… with a bit of flair 🌿😄

Team day out on Country checking what’s growing, what’s cooking, and how the Galeru projects are tracking. Plenty of learning, plenty of laughs, and strong team-building energy.

This is the SevGen Golden Triangle doing its thing — land, people, purpose — powered by our favourite mantra: share, care, and dare (always with flair).

Every step is about community development, celebrating individual strengths, and making sure it all feeds back to the collective — Seven Generation thinking, front and centre.

Good produce. Good people. Good vibes.
