With the beginning of Book Week, this week, a special local author visited the Year 2 and Year 3 students today to spread the word on being safe online. Thank you to Bianca Edgar for sharing her book called Who is Bob the Blob.
Our students were engaged and shared fantastic cyber safety messages with Bianca.

Be an UPSTANDER!

Our third focus for this week at GSLC Noosaville is being an upstander.

Being a bystander isn't the only option.

If you see bullying:

• Support the person being targeted.
• Tell a trusted adult.
• Choose kindness.
• Never encourage bullying online or offline.

Small actions make a big difference.

Learning comes in all shapes and sizes. At GSLC we have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in Virtual Reality, where suitable. Year 1 students were exploring Places of Worship from around the world. Shared their inspired to help create their own Church.
