It saddens me to have to do this, though life is a precious gift 🎁 ✨ 💖 and I have to honour my body at this time of healing.. I won't be running any workshops until further notice. I'm not putting a time frame on it.

I'm going to go with the flow of my body and what it is telling me..
It's recharge, refresh, reconnect and restructure (workshops) all whilst resting..

I'll comment my health back story so you can all better understand..

This is why I do what I do, to save our beautiful girls from this by educating them on these very dangers, their safety and body boundaries ..

Parents be prepared to be sick to your stomach 😩😔😱 this isn’t even a snippet of what’s going on in schools and in teen lives.

Our workshops, also educate on the importance of communication with their parents. Most doesn’t get reported because of shame. You want to keep that strong bond with your adolescent so they feel safe to express to you..
