Twenty-two years of early mornings at the water's edge, school programs, sessions where someone nervous became someone brave — and you showed up for every one of them.
Some of you for more than a decade. Some more recently. But each of you brought something entirely your own — your gift, your way of holding space in the ocean. What we built together under the Surfdancer banner was never just a surf school. It was co-creation.
Surfdancer was never one person. It was all of us. Every coach who suited up, paddled out, held a board, steadied a first-timer, cheered a wave. Every one of you who helped another person feel safe and strong and free in the water.
That is the real Surfdancer legacy. And it lives in every single person you ever helped stand up.
Thank you. From 22 years of saltwater, shared mornings, and the honour of building this with you.
The wave isn't ending. It's changing shape. And it carries all of you with it🐬🐳
