I was travelling for 15 days in May. And this 10-day trip to Italy has probably been the most memorable trip of my entire life.

Getting unexpectedly engaged in Venice with this wonderful man, I met just 10 days after I arrived 1.5 years ago (Can't believe it's already been 1.5 years since I Im back in Germany!). In Germany, after living abroad for 13 years and trying to find the father of my future children for years and endless disappointing dates.

And I think one of the most special parts about our relationship is, that I would have never thought I'd be as unbelievably amazing and fitting! Honestly, we are so different, and there were many moments within the first 8 months I would have quit easily!

And I can't even tell you how incredibly grateful Im, I did not! Each time when differences and conflicts came up we talked our self trrough. It wasn't always easy, but we somehow did it, and came out of the other side even stronger!

So a friend even mentioned that my story gives hope, and that's so beautiful! I know many single woman in my age who would love to have kids and be in a committed relationship.

And the only thing I really, highly suggest, is not to quit too soon. We are in weird times of

"This is the right one” or

“She is the right one”,

but this framework very much limits something that is even bigger and bolder and people tend to stop dating way too early, as it all needs to be so perfect!

A true, real connection grows over time…. The deeper bonding and more meaningful relationship comes with conflicts and experiences.

And for my spiritual girls, keep in mind. The guy that seems not spiritual, might be the most spiritual and connected one. 💕💫🌅

There are many people who are just talking and promising you overnight success. I highly suggest never buy into that.

The other part is that you are an individual, so uniquely designed that a business model that worked for someone else won't work for you in most cases.

Almost EVERY client who starts working with me has had this experience before, they've signed up for any kind of high-level business coaching and mentorship and it never worked out for them and they're just lost a whole bunch of money…

This is a part that makes me feel so bad. 🤢🤮🤮🤮 … and sad as well.

And I think it is truly time that we are recognising that we are energetically functioning all differently and that we are having all very specific and different frequencies to apply in this world and the work we choose to do.

It is a game of awareness, play and time. And the time thing is what most people trap themselves into. They don't have time because of finances or a busy life in general, but especially in time we found the gap to really sit with us, our frequency, energetics, detaching from what others do, to find our very own way.

And when you really understand how you are operating on an energetic level, you can establish a business model you're thriving in and not killing yourself and playing a stupid fake game while pretending to be highly successful. You're selling your Soul with that.

So often is this the biggest block for conscious creators, coaches, healers, mentors, Yoga instructors or even holistic doctors. They just want to stay in their genius and avoid taking care of the technical backend, or they have a strong resistance to marketing.

People who have success, wherever it's in the coaching industry or elsewhere understand the game they have to play.

Spiritual people often over-identify with the “How” and self-sabotage with their own success, they want a different reality and know their must be a different way. The fact is, we are where we were at right now. And not where you feel what else is possible.

Reality Check. Yes, please go out and create and yes, please release your self manipulating blocks, accept where we are at and play the game. Learn the technique and marketing know-how you need to reach people. Stay grounded and stop identifying with the how. The only matter is to reach as many people as possible to share the work you do.

Just sitting and energetically manifesting isn't getting you anywhere. It's important too, but the others aspects of marketing and a technical backend that supports you to play and guide others as well. 🫶✌️

“Just” getting started is enough, the rest ALWAYS comes along the way....

And I really mean always. The mind creates endless stories of why it’s not the right, perfect timing.

If we want to move forward in life it’s very important not to buy into it. And just getting started, with the energy of getting started, reality already starts to shift and align with your actions and the right information, opportunities and connection come from this momentum. 🚀💃🏼

Not from waiting till the mind has figured it out, as this will never be the case.
