HSC Chemistry Resources for 2026 January 2026

Welcome to 2026 and new resources for you and your students.
Contact me ([email protected]) to receive my order form for 2026.
Using my order form, you will find details and be able to order:
• Student Workbooks covering each Module of the Year 11 and Year 12 Syllabus
• Problem Solving and Calculations in Chemistry. A Student workbook covering all Modules in Years 11 and 12, designed to assist students (and teachers) with resources for the more able students
• Teacher Editions of all Student workbooks, with fully worked solutions
• Year 12 Mid-Year Exam paper (with worked solutions) (available mid-February)
• Year 11 Mid-Year Exam paper (with worked solutions) (available mid-February)
• Topic Tests, for each Module, available as a set of 8 or as individual tests. Series 8, (new for Oct 2025 to Oct 2026) as well as older tests as discount prices

It has been a huge year for me with a permanent move from Queensland back to NSW, setting a new home on Scotland Island and setting up a new office at Sydney Olympic Park. Please note my new mailing address at Sydney Olympic Park, Apt 3104/3 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127.
However, the office, at least, is ready for new orders and the Mid-Year papers are ready for despatch after their final review and check this coming week.
All workbooks are in stock, but please order early, as many new schools have placed orders for this year and I will need to reorder student workbooks from our printer in coming weeks.

Dear Colleagues,
Welcome back to Term 4 2025 and another HSC cohort.
Please contact me to receive my new order form for the period October 2025 to September 2026.: [email protected].
As usual at this time of the year, there are new resources.
Series 8 of my Topic Tests is now available for purchase and I have opened my orders for 2026 exam papers. All Student Workbooks are in stock ready for distribution to schools.
I will continue to distribute most of my resources by email, as in the last 24 months. This includes the Teacher Editions of my student workbooks, although I will still send a hard copy of the Student Workbook by mail with each order of a Teacher Edition.
I do not charge postage or handling for resources sent by email, even though distribution by email takes significant time and, since some of my files are large, I need to send some items by several emails. I understand how emails can be easily lost, so I ask that you download the files to a secure place on receipt.
Also please ensure that the invoice attached to the email is immediately passed on to your accounts department for payment.
I have slightly increased the prices of resources for the coming year. I have kept the prices of my resources constant for the past few years, with the only price changes resulting from increases in Australia Post rates.
Student Workbooks will continue to be sent by post and they are not able to be copied in schools as they are covered by copyright. I have a new order form.
All previous topic tests can be purchased at discount rates, as can copies of past exam papers. Please contact me for these discount prices if you are interested in practice papers for your students.
I have had a challenging year, moving from Queensland back to NSW, selling our Sydney office and buying a new office at Sydney Olympic Park. These moves should make the delivery time for Student Workbooks faster and cheaper for schools in regional areas of NSW.
Thank you sincerely to all of the schools and teachers who have supported my business since 2007. I have started to look at the new syllabus for 2028 and welcome the time available, not only for good preparation in schools, but to allow me time to develop appropriate resources for the next decade.
I hope to be able to continue to help you and your students into the future.

It’s time to organise your resources for 2024!

Dear Colleagues,
Welcome back to another HSC and a new group of Year 11 students.
As so many schools no longer have easy access to CD players, I have decided to make all Topic Tests, Teacher Editions of workbooks and exam papers available by email, unless copies on CD are specifically requested by the school. I will not charge postage or handling for items sent by email. Since some of my files are large, I will need to send some items, such as sets of Topic Tests, by several emails. I understand how emails can be easily lost, so I ask that you download them to a secure place on receipt. Also please ensure that the invoice attached to the email is immediately passed on to your accounts department for payment.
Student workbooks will continue to be sent by post.

I have only been able to keep prices so close to their previous levels by printing in bulk, so I will have huge stocks of workbooks available for the coming year.

I am not willing to supply student workbooks in soft copy as I believe it would mean the end of my ability to keep the business running. I am aware that some teachers have been breaking copyright by copying student workbooks and distributing them to all their students. I have so many contacts and friends in schools that it is unlikely that I would not hear of this happening and I intend to take action against those schools.

New Topic Tests (Series 6) are now available and are copyright free to purchasing schools. They have no embargo period. All previous topic tests can be purchased at discount rates. I have already written the Mid-year exam papers for 2024, and these, together with the Trial and Year 11 Final papers can be ordered now. They will be sent on the dates shown on my order form for 2023-2024.
My latest student workbook (Problem Solving and Calculations in HSC Chemistry) has been well received in over the past 2 years. Some of the calculations are difficult but they are providing students with extension work in preparation for the unknowns of the HSC examination!
