As a yoga teacher, author, surfski coach and former world-champion outrigger paddler, I guide individuals to embody their joy and flow through conscious movement practices, both on and off the water." Former Head Coach of Hawaii Canoe Kayak Team, and 2 x Molokai Outrigger World Champion paddler , Robyn Singh shares her wealth of paddling expertise and movement experience through personal coaching - assisting you in creating efficiency in your stroke and experiencing the "effortless effort". Whether it be an Olympic K1, surfski, recreational kayak, outrigger or SUP board, Robyn guides you with concise yet simple instruction to maximise your stroke and efficiency through the water. To all those teachers , facilitators and coaches, who love sharing their craft … maybe there are times when your creation wants YOU to receive its magic , the contribution of the time space carved out, the venue/ location , a chance to really enjoy yourself ! Well today this is me , no participants , but pure choice for me to be the one and only body moving on the dance floor ! I must admit , I got to the door to unlock the venue to set up for my regular Sacred Motion session and there were a couple of last minute notifications —- . I had the thought “ I should just go home and continue my book work in preparation for our meeting ( tax time ) OR do I utilise this space for me ?? To do all the things that make me enjoy this practice so much that I love to share it … and what do I choose …. I chose DANCE !! Well my body chose … OMG , so grateful , so much freedom, giggles and celebrating spring with intuitive inspired movement… thank you Sacred Motion … Yay!! 💃👏🌸🎶

Feeling rather relaxed and so grateful whilst reflecting on 🐋🐬🙏💚🤗 a beautiful and very windy day out on the bay with the whales on board Blue Dolphin Tours ( top of the pops if you’re considering a visit ) 👏👍
Some highlights ——
*the chases” we witnessed … males jostling for female attention
*the babies showing us their new skills
* the sound of the whales whilst we were having our lunch 🙏
*getting a great view of the most expensive boat I’ve seen .. billionaire in town ( Jeff B )and his 127m yacht… and support boat incredible sight and price $$$$$$$
*Jamie spotting the dolphin surfing on our boat wash “ you could see the dolphin smiling “ or wait was that me?? So happy to see at least one for the day 💚🐬
* a huge turtle , popped up to say hi
*meeting interesting and lovely people ( fellow whale lovers ) on board from all over the world

Actually one other thing … having a little nanny nap 😴 on deck …the rocking and rhythm of the ocean so soothing for the body and soul ! What a full and beautiful day💚
Thank you Capt Pete for your experience, wisdom , expertise with the whales and especially yesterday manoeuvring the boat in the testy and very windy conditions, thanks Jodie ( the food always so delicious 😍) & Silke for taking such great care of us all! See you next time😊

Humming & singing 🎶 walking in the wonder ….found a nice spot to sit by the sea , just hanging out with myself , some paints, a cuppa tea and the beauty of nature … xo oh and let’s not forget our giant friends nearby ! 🐋🐋🐋🐋💚💚💚💚

There wasn’t a lot of movement outwardly, yet there was so much Sacred Motion unfolding within. Wow… the creation energies were profound.
Today invited us close to the Earth. We spent the entire session grounded, supported, listening, receiving. Small movement, intuitive, light, expressive…

I always trust who shows up and the downloads that come through.
Today wasn’t about doing. It was about…
Sitting…..Acknowledging ….Affirming…Nourishing
