Fun fitness classes!!

7th August 2026 marks the end of such a spectacular chapter of 7years of instructing weekly joyful catch ups with my dance family at the Noosa Leisure Centre.

As well as the many years prior participating in so many amazing classes there growing forever friendships🥰

Over half of the full room today was also with me for my first ever class. That kind of dance family support is truly life changing and is such an amazing privilege and blessing. I’m truly thankful 🥰

I’m deeply grateful for all the kindness, time shared, heartfelt messages, gifts and flowarts $$$ I know I’m truly blessed to have such an amazing, nonjudgmental and supportive dance family 🥰

It’s an absolute blessed to have friday morning dances with such supportive, kind, caring, gentle, compassionate, joyful, energised and enthusiastic Zumba fam 🥰
Words are simply unable to express how much the amazing gratitude book filled with everyone’s individual beautiful messages touch my heart.

The beautifully painted pots are perfect in my plant room. They will always reminding me of how joy grows where we water it 🥰 I’m looking forward to getting some more led flow arts fun equipment with the $$ too it is very exciting to be able to save for more dream flow arts equipment 💞💖💞

I look forward to dancing again in the new year🎉 Class starts on the 2nd (bookings already open 😉)

Our hearts are deeply touched by all amazing dancers who dance with us each week 🥰 Thank you to everyone who danced with Sarah while Let's Dance With Natsuko was away. Everyone’s support, kindness and joyful dancing energy is always greatly appreciated 🥰 Fun Fitness with Sarah. Is covering tomorrow Monday the 23rd before Natsuko’s return to classes on Wednesday.
