Today is officially Education Support Day, although we’ll celebrate all week. 🌻

We cannot thank our Education Support Staff who are vital members of our school community.
The patience, support, commitment and passion that you show every day makes a tremendous difference to the lives of every student, parent and teacher in our school community.

Hoping all the special women in our lives had a fabulous day! 🌹

We are so glad everyone was able to make our Mother’s & Special Persons breakfast Friday morning - how lucky are our children that everyone had someone special turn up for them. Pancakes, fresh fruit, toast & cereals, along with laughter, love and Uno matches. We loved our morning!

On Wednesday our students enjoyed a science session from the Science Discovery team! 🧐

Learning about Rube Goldberg’s forces, students were challenged to build a marble run with a range of materials. The session focused not only on the science but also the reality of success, failure and trying again that is experienced in science daily.

Our students demonstrated incredible teamwork, problem solving and perseverance throughout.

We cannot wait to have them back again later this term!

We are so incredibly proud of these five students who represented our school yesterday at the District Cross Country. Not only did they do themselves proud, but our whole community!

Just one of the high quality programs that support and strengthen the health and wellbeing of our students.

In Weeks 1&2 of this Term, students in our Big Life Schools are exploring ways to care for their emotions. You might like to extend this conversation at home by sharing ways you like to care for your emotions. In Weeks 3&4 students will explore what the science behind what happens in their brain and body, when they experience yellow zone emotions of stress, worry and anxiety.

This morning, many students from our school and community came together to acknowledge ANZAC Day with a meaningful and respectful ceremony, taking a moment to pause and reflect on the sacrifices of those who have, and are still serving our country.

On Thursday afternoon we held our annual Easter egg hunt and drew the lucky winners of our student leadership organised raffle.
