🌞 Important Update for Families 🌞

We would like to inform you that the service will remain open tomorrow, Tuesday, January 27th, despite the hot weather.

We completely understand if some families choose to keep their children at home due to these conditions, and we respect that decision. Please let us know if you wish to do so.

For those attending, kindly ensure that you have an emergency contact available and on standby to collect your child early if needed. A friendly reminder to dress children appropriately for the weather, keep them hydrated, and never leave them unattended in cars.

Our educators will be implementing measures to keep the children cool, including indoor play and water experiences.

Thank you for your understanding and support! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out and chat with the manager. We will notify you if anything changes.

To enhance child safety in line with new regulations, we kindly ask that families do not take photographs during events at Emerge Early Years Services. Our educators will take photos to share with you instead on service devices.

We understand how precious photographs are for remembering these experiences, and we appreciate your understanding in this necessary change. Our priority is to ensure a safe environment for all children.

How to let your child engage in messy play? Relax! Dirt and mud washes out, if not, give the clothes a good soak in napisan. Dress them in cheap old play clothes and shoes. Take gumboots to kinder. Pack plenty of complete spare changes of clothes. Expect your child's clothing to get soiled as they play. Cold wet weather does not make children sick, they must have inhaled/ingested a virus or bacteria to become ill. Most children are attracted to messy play and it is a part of developing pre-learning skills needed for school.
