𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 - 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀

On Friday, we celebrated Book 📕 Week.

We held a whole school assembly, to celebrate with dance 💃🏽 and writing ✍️ pieces shared! Mrs Rose demonstrated her skills on rollerblades, dressed as Barbie 💖 and Mr King 👑 was our best dressed teacher!

Thank you to all of our students and staff who dressed up for the occasion! We can’t wait for our next student leader led initiative.

𝗨𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

Big events are heading to Brooks High School this term!
Firstly, tomorrow we’ll bring the 𝑺𝒚𝒎𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 theme to life by dressing as your favourite character for Book Week.

Next, rock your team gear on Friday, September 25th for 𝑭𝒐𝒐𝒕𝒚 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 𝑫𝒂𝒚 and catch the epic Staff vs. Students match.

To top it all off, the stage is set for a massive edition of 𝑩𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒔 𝑯𝒂𝒔 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕 in week 10. Stay tuned for details and get ready for an amazing second half of Term 3.

On Tuesday, Mrs Padgett put our teachers and her tastebuds to the test!! There were some questionable 🤨 dishes and some delicious 🤤 dishes!!!

𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆

Brooks High School proudly held its annual Inclusion Assembly in Term 2, celebrating diversity, belonging, and all walks of life.

Students shared their personal experiences, offering thoughtful and inspiring perspectives on inclusion and the importance of understanding one another. Our Principal, Mrs Rose, used Harry Styles as a conversation starter to encourage students to embrace kindness, acceptance, and being true to themselves.

The assembly also showcased the incredible talents of our students through music and dance performances, along with creative writing pieces that reflected the diverse voices and experiences within our school community.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to such a meaningful and memorable event. Together, we continue to build a school where everyone belongs.
