Over the past couple of weeks, we have been so busy at Newman Primary School with a range of different activities.

Towards the end of Week 5 and during Week 6, the students participated in many different activities related to Book Week.

These activities included buddy reading, Storytime (the town library and 54 reasons) and Drop Everything and Read sessions (Newman VFRS, Shire Rangers and St Johns).

A massive week across the entire school from K-6......

On behalf of all staff and students, we would like to send a massive thank you to all who took part. Another way of building our strong community relationships during an important week on the school calendar.

The children have had a wonderful time and have been kept busy since leaving school early Monday morning. They might not want to talk tonight - this will be due to sleep deprivation 😂. When they are ready, sit with them and let the children tell you all about their week.

A massive thank you to Emma Cook, Alicia Seinor and Roger Kyngdon. With adults giving up their time - camp would not be available! 🫶🏻

Don’t forget to come to school on Monday - jumps and throws 🙌. Straight back into it my little cherubs! You just had a week off! 🤗
