TAFE NSW - Hamilton

Six students competed in WorldSkills Australia regional patisserie competition for the Hunter region at TAFE NSW - Hamilton campus on 27th July. The competitors showcased their skills producing Viennese biscuits, sponge roll, sponge cake, birthday cake and Eclairs and Puffs.
A big thank you to competition convenor & judge Janet Aislabie for organising the competition and encouraging her students to take part. Thank you to our industry judge Bethany Waters.
We had employers drop in to observe the competition and medal presentation. It is always wonderful to have their support.
