Hope Creative HQ

Hi friends!
We wanted to share an important update with you regarding Hope Creative HQ.

After much prayer, reflection, and consideration, we have made the difficult decision not to continue our weekly Hope Creative HQ programs in 2026. This means that our current weekly programs won't be returning in term 1 as hoped.

We understand this news may come as a disappointment, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause your family. Hope Creative HQ has been a huge blessing to so many over the past 10 years, and we are incredibly grateful for every family who has partnered with us along the way.

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our tutors and team who have poured so much passion, creativity, and care into this space over the years. In particular, we want to honour and thank Rachel for her unwavering commitment and passion, which has faithfully carried Hope Creative HQ through many seasons. Her leadership, heart, and dedication have made an immeasurable impact on this program and the lives of so many young people.

Moving forward, across both locations, our focus will be on training and raising up our Kids Band and young worship leaders for ministry within our church and youth contexts. We are passionate about investing into the next generation of worshippers and creating clear, healthy pathways for kids to grow, serve, and lead in the life of the church.

In addition, we are excited to introduce a new vacation-care style program called Kids Holiday Hub. This will be a Newcastle location only initiative and will operate on one day in each school holiday break. Kids Holiday Hub will be a full-day experience encompassing both creative arts and sports in a fun, engaging environment for kids.

If you would like more information about our Kids Band on Sundays or would like to stay informed about Kids Holiday Hub, please let us know. We would love to make sure you’re included in future communications.

Thank you again for being part of this journey with us. We are deeply thankful for the memories, growth, and community that have been built through Hope Creative HQ, and we’re excited about what’s ahead.

Our drama tutors have extensive knowledge in theatre, not just in acting, but also producing, stage managing, directing (& more!).

Lessons run on Mondays in Charmhaven, and Tuesdays in Newcastle, and are available for years K-8.
