Auslan is more than a language - it is how Deaf people connect, express themselves, and belong.

This day recognises the importance of Auslan and its place within Deaf culture and community.

Are you interested in learning Auslan (Australian Sign Language)?

Join our Beginner Auslan Course 1A, designed for those who are new to sign language and want to build practical communication skills in a supportive and interactive environment.

This course will help you:

- Learn a visual and expressive language
- Use practical, everyday signs immediately
- Engage in interactive sessions with an experienced teacher
- Support inclusive communication within the Australian community

Course Details:
6-week beginner course (Level 1A)
Thursdays, 5:00pm – 7:00pm
12 March – 16 April
Location: Toronto Library (Small Meeting Room), NSW

Cost: $135 per person (includes handouts)

This course is ideal for parents, educators, community members, and anyone interested in connecting with the Deaf community and promoting inclusion.
