What if someone could tell how you think, make decisions and communicate before you'd even said a word?

No questionnaire. No personality test. Just you.

I was put on the spot in front of a live audience and asked to read complete strangers.

Their reactions say more than I ever could.

Watch what happens when they step up on stage.

There are times in life when meeting one person changes the direction of everything that follows.

One of my students described exactly that experience. She said she felt as though she had "won lotto" the day we met. What began as curiosity quickly became what she laughingly described as a "healthy obsession" with learning how to understand people more accurately.

Rather than treating the training as something interesting to know, she put it into practice.

When faced with choosing between two barristers, one had the stronger qualifications on paper, but something didn't feel quite right. Instead of relying on credentials alone, she applied the skills she had learned and built a profile around each barrister. After assessing both individuals, she chose the one whose personality and behavioural style best suited her situation. Looking back, she believed it was the right decision and credited those skills with giving her the confidence to make it.

The same approach influenced other important decisions. She reviewed the people managing her finances, replaced both her accountant and bookkeeper, and found professionals who were a far better fit. The improvements that followed were significant. Reflecting on the outcome, she simply said, "It literally saved my bacon."

Throughout her learning journey, she repeatedly expressed how practical and valuable the knowledge had become in her everyday life. Rather than describing it as theory, she referred to it as "crazy amazing," because she could immediately apply what she was learning to real situations with real consequences.

What stood out just as much as the material itself was the way it was taught. She appreciated being allowed to learn at her own pace without pressure, saying that she absolutely loved the sessions and was genuinely grateful for the experience.

By the end of the conversation, one thing was unmistakably clear. This was not simply a testimonial about learning a new skill. It was the story of someone who believed that understanding people more accurately had changed the quality of her decisions, increased her confidence, and made a meaningful difference to both her personal and professional life.

Most people think they’re reading others accurately.
They’re not.

They’re reacting. Guessing. Projecting their own experiences onto someone else.

One of my students recently had a realisation that completely changed the way she approached profiling.

She realised the real value was never in simply just “reading people.” It was in understanding why certain problems keep repeating in relationships, business, parenting, communication, and everyday life.

Instead of asking people, “Do you want a profile?”
she started asking: “What problem are you trying to solve?”

That changed everything.

Suddenly, profiling stopped being interesting information and became practical insight.
Patterns started appearing. Triggers became clearer. Communication problems made sense. Relationship tension became easier to understand. People’s reactions became more predictable.

What she realised was simple:
When you understand the person properly, you stop guessing.

Most people are trying to solve relationship, business, parenting, leadership, and communication problems without first understanding the personalities involved.

That’s why they keep hitting the same wall.

Learning to read people properly changes the way you see every conversation, every reaction, and every relationship around you.
