Happy Educators’ Day 2026! ✨🌿

What a team! 💚 A team of creative, kind, caring and incredibly passionate educators who bring their hearts to The Big Treehouse every single day.

This year, all of our hard work, dedication and commitment also paid off as we proudly received an EXCEEDING rating across the National Quality Standard. 🥹🌟 What an incredible achievement for our whole team!

The Big Treehouse community truly is a very special place. A place where children feel safe, valued and empowered to grow, where families feel connected and supported, and where we continue to build strong connections with our wider community.

I couldn’t be prouder of every single member of our team. Thank you for everything you do, for the love you show our children and for making The Big Treehouse the special place that it is.

Happy Educators’ Day to our amazing team! 💚

📚✨ BOOK WEEK AT THE BIG TREEHOUSE! ✨📚

We’ve been immersing our children in the magic of books, literacy and imagination through stories, characters, costumes, creative experiences and plenty of fun!

From sharing favourite books and discovering new stories, to dressing up as much-loved characters, our children have been encouraged to explore language, build their vocabulary, develop a love of reading and let their imaginations soar.

We love seeing the excitement on their faces as they become storytellers, characters and creators themselves!

Because at The Big Treehouse, we know that every great adventure can begin with a book.

Seeds for Science Week 🌱🔬

Throughout the year, the children have been saving and propagating seeds from the fruits they’ve tasted. This Science Week, we’re watching our little seeds grow and exploring the wonders of nature, growth and change. 🌱💚

The children have been exploring the art of sewing throughout the year, developing patience, persistence, creativity and fine motor skills with every stitch. 🧵✨

It’s such a privilege to support children in learning practical, lifelong skills they can carry with them well beyond their early years. Watching their confidence grow as they master new techniques and proudly create something with their own hands has been incredibly rewarding.

What a wonderful day at our Big Treehouse Growers & Artisan Market! 🌿💚

Our market was a fantastic way to immerse the children in sustainability, literacy, numeracy and real-life learning experiences. The children proudly welcomed customers, handled transactions and shared the beautiful products they had created and grown.

From fresh produce and homemade marmalade to handcrafted clay decorations, jewellery, lavender pouches and so much more, every item reflected the children’s creativity, hard work and care.

Thank you to everyone who visited our market and supported our young growers and artisans. Watching the children beam with pride as they shared their work with our community was truly special. 🌱✨
