This August, our club is proud to support Australia’s Karate Against Australia Bullying initiative. 🥋
Karate teaches more than skills on the mat. It helps students build confidence, respect, courage, self-control and resilience, values that can make a real difference at school, online and in everyday life.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing ways our students, families and local community can get involved and stand together against bullying.

🏆 Join us for the Central Coast Cup, the only Karate Australia approved tournament held on the NSW Central Coast. 🏖️

🥋 With divisions from development level through to elite, there's a place for every competitor to step onto the mat.

Competitors will test their skills across a full program, including our black belt divisions, and connect with others who share their passion for the sport. Spectators are welcome to come along and watch some strong, competitive karate up close.
